		Aaron Shapiro, Chairman, CEO, Founder Aaron Shapiro is the Founder, and has been our Manager, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since inception. For over 20 years, he has worked with startup companies, principally in the technology arena. Since 1996 he has focused on enterprise software, holding corporate positions as General Manager, North American Operations and Vice President, Sales. From 1998 to 2001 he was at Evoke Software Corp. where, for the last two years, he served as Vice President, Eastern Operations.

		Jack Olson, Founder, Chief Technical Advisor, Architect Jack Olson has 30 over years of experience in the database industry. His prior experience includes Chief Technical Officer and Vice President of Development for Evoke Software and similar responsibilities at Peregrine Systems where he was responsible for developing optimized database replication software. Prior to Peregrine, Olson spent eight years at BMC Software as corporate architect for all DB2 products (revenue grew from $18MM to over $300MM during his tenure), and 17 years at IBM where he architected a wide range of products, including CICS, IMS, AIX, DB2 for UNIX, and OS/2.

		Geoffrey Norman, Vice Chairman Geoffrey has over thirty years of experience including positions as EVP of GE Asset Management where he created GE's global external investment management business, Treasurer of GE Capital, and CFO, Comptroller, and auditor of various GE businesses. He is also advisor to Rock Maple Funds, a hedge fund management firm, a Member of Boards of Advisors of Synectic Asset Ventures, a private equity firm, and Building with Books, a not-for-profit enterprise.

		Joey Tamer, Chief Strategist Joey Tamer is a widely-acclaimed strategic consultant to technology CEOs, U.S. and worldwide. Since 1981, through the emergence of the PC, the new media and the Internet, her work has helped create wealth for founders and investors of entrepreneurial ventures, and a high return on investment for Fortune 500 in-house ventures. She has a special expertise in working with emerging and disruptive technologies, and in creating unique distribution channels, online and offline, worldwide. Her clients have included J.P. Morgan Capital, Sony, IBM, Apple, Hearst, Blockbuster, Technicolor, Harper Collins, Discovery Channel, Time-Warner, Agfa and Scitex, and many early stage companies. She speaks and publishes widely.

		Lee Pointer, Senior V.P., Engineering Lee came to QD from Informatica, where he was Director of Software Development for the industry-leading data quality product, Data Explorer. Formerly at Evoke Software (acquired by Informatica), he was responsible for the planning, development, and architecture for several of its major commercial software products. Informatica continued the excellence in development and sales of the Evoke product lines. Earlier, Lee was co-owner of a software consulting company and served as the COO/VP of Consulting for the organization. He was also a Director of Consulting for SunGard Energy Systems, where he led a team building a commercial risk management software product.

		William Rose, V.P., Technical Services Bill Rose has over 15 years' experience with emerging software technology organizations including Evoke Software, BrownStone Solutions and XA Systems. He was responsible for developing and managing both business development and technical sales support organizations. Most recently as Vice President, Business Development, he had ultimate responsibility for development of strategic partnerships, international distributorships, reseller and OEM agreements producing over 50% of new sales revenue at Evoke Software. His prior background includes 10 years software engineering project experience for companies such as EI DuPont de Nemours and Price Waterhouse.
