Program Objectives
To demonstrate our new approach to data access and analysis, QD Technology has created an Innovators Program. It's designed to allow companies, agencies and schools to try our Quick Response Database (QRD) easily and inexpensively to determine the value of this new, advanced approach to data management. The program combines the value of a traditional proof of concept with the reduced risk of a try-before-you-buy program.
Description
The Innovators Program provides program participants use of QD's software and focused support at a discount during the term of the agreement, in exchange; participants will provide feedback and recommendations to QD.
Term of Agreement
The Initial Innovators Programs can be from 1-3 months with the option at the end of this period of moving to an annual software license and services agreement.
Licensed Software and Support
QD will provide participants a limited term, non-perpetual software license for release 4.0, to be used for a specific business application with up to 10 simultaneous users. QD will also provide reasonable support resources for implementation and ongoing user support at no additional charge.
License Fees
For all licensed software and support included with the 1-3 month Innovators Program, participants will only pay a small license fee to help offset costs, etc.
QD Technology Additional Services
In addition to delivering the software and the other items above, QD Technology will provide pre- and post-implementation compression/access speed benchmarking to support participants' ROI reporting as needed.
